ABOUT US
Empowering Women to Build Wealth — Without Burnout.
BPE Con is more than a real estate investing conference — it’s a support system, a blueprint, and a movement. We’re here for ambitious women who want more than financial freedom — they want legacy, balance, and a life aligned with their values.
Through expert-led sessions, ongoing education, and a supportive community, BPE Con equips women with the tools, mindset, and network to scale real estate portfolios strategically — not at the expense of their peace, purpose, or family.
Our Mission
We exist to empower and equip women with the knowledge and resources to start and scale profitable, sustainable real estate businesses.
Women leave our events with:
-
Proven strategies that actually work in today’s market
-
Practical tools to take immediate action
-
A network of like-minded women who get it
At BPE Con, we address the unique challenges women face as investors, professionals, and homemakers. We don’t believe in hustle culture or burnout as a badge of honor. We believe in working smart, investing with intention, and building a business that serves your life — not the other way around.
Meet Our Leader

Amelia Mosley - Founder
Strategic Investor. Community Builder. Wealth Architect.
From watching her father gut homes in D.C. as a kid, to building a bi-regional portfolio of cashflowing rentals, Amelia Mosley lives and breathes real estate — and she's on a mission to help other women find their power through it.
As a diversified investor, she’s done it all: wholesaling, flipping, and long-term rentals across the East Coast and Midwest. Her approach isn’t just about making money — it’s about building generational wealth with impact.
Amelia also serves on the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee for Habitat for Humanity, where she works to ensure homeownership opportunities reach underserved communities.
“Real estate gave me freedom during a career crisis. But I learned the hard way: it’s not passive — it’s a business. I want women to skip the false starts and step into this work with clarity, strategy, and confidence.”
Her passion lies in helping women overcome self-doubt and finally close that first deal. She’s living proof that you don’t need perfect timing — you just need the courage to begin.
Submit your pitch.
Submit your pitch is an opportunity for women to work on their crafted elevator pitch. Maybe they're pitching their business or their upcoming venture. Submit your video here to be selected to pitch in front of hundreds of women and get live feedback and possibly a partner or deal.
